First of all, we moved from Denver to Fort Collins, this was supposedly the only option for my Mom. From the start it's been nonsense. There was no confirmation of my mom's first day at thus facility. The social worker "forgets" conversations, she is also very quick to threaten adult protective services if you are asking for help with things and she has no has no interest in actually helping you. She has also threatened to change my mom's dialysis schedule based on the need to switch certain days for family emergencies. Also, was told that i could not send my mom to another facility in the area because it was a different county. Communication is almost non existent and if you need to travel they beat around the bush until the last minute. We tried to get a better time for a trip to NM and Davita was the better option. The case manager at Fresenius REFUSED to send information to Davita and consequently, we had a 3 day phone tag session where the evening coordinator became rude and irate. At this point I asked my sister NM to help and she had everything ready to go at the davita there. Mary made everything into a mess because she refused to fax over medical information. Even after we had another appointment made and ready to go for the trip, there were discrepinses and untruths told on the behalf of Fresenius. Beware this facility. My advice is to send your loved ones to Davita in Loveland.
