Best carpet shopping experience ever! Kristen spoke with me for a few minutes about my project and was able to guide me to options that I loved within 15 minutes or so! I wasted so little time wandering around looking for patterns etc! Fabulous installation by Matt and Joe who both went the extra mile to make sure my seams were invisible! Cannot recommend this place enough for those who want great service and a streamlined experience!!

Super disappointing. For the flooring I wanted, the price at Dale's was more than double the quote I got from other places for exactly the same brand and style. Second, when someone came out to give me an estimate, I was told I'd get the estimate within a day or two. Nearly a week later they finally sent me an estimate. Not only was the price wildly higher than other places (more than triple the price in one case), the estimate had no details at all -- just one entry for "Materials", another for "Labor" and a third for "Tax". There was no estimate of the time the work would take, how long it would be for materials to arrive, nor when they might be able to start the work.
I contrast this with other contractors who itemized their estimates: flooring materials, underlay, incidentals, dumpster rental, etc. Some other contractors also included a rough work schedule: Day 1, demo and carpet removal; Day 2, begin preparation work, etc. And of course, other contractors typically included something to the effect of "if you sign today we can start as soon as MM/DD/YYYY". Given this is a (very) pricey place, I expected substantially more.

Our common practice is to include a written itemization of the services offered for your particular project. Our apologies if the timeframe for receiving your estimate exceeded the 1–2-day norm; that’s not common but can happen under certain circumstances. In regards to offering a work schedule, we do so at the customer’s request. Customers often have questions that we are happy to answer at every stage of the project, from the initial meeting in our showroom to scheduling installation. While we actively engage in competition with larger retail chains and other flooring outlets, we prioritize maintaining superior standards in installation quality.
