When I purchased my engine everything was great, until it was installed in my car what disaster. Apparently they sold me a bad engine. So I got with the warranty department and they've done nothing but give me the run around. For weeks at this point I just want my money back.

Todd is great at the counter extrodinary cust service,, john is great also at identifying parts and accounts on file, .4 stars not 5, because a few stragglers at check in, sit around doing nothing and when u call you got to say everything twice. One is in particular is female[ black] doesnt listen at all. Ended up hanging the phone up on her yesterday because everything i said she didnt hear it, to distracted, wanted me to repeat it all over again. This has happened with her twice..if not more. Yesterday was the last straw ..The I'm done moment. Walked in said it to todd once he grabbed it ..looked at her on the way in as usual doing nothing along with another. But cant listen when thr phone rings. RIDICULOUS
.
