      image By far one of the worst experiences with an insurance company. When trying to cancel my policies I was continuously lied to about what would be my final payment and then had to call and fight over the phone to reverse a late fee because one of the agents told me to wait for the cancellation to be processed. Was a client for about 6years and cant believe the way I was
      treated this past week after being with the company so long. Would not recommend.

      Clay, I am very sorry you feel this way! When we received the request from you to cancel your policy was cancelled. We have procedures to protect you as a consumer and us as agents. We need written request to cancel any policy. The fees that you are referring to were reversed. I do have the recordings of when you spoke to our agents, if you want to hear them. We take pride in our customer service and if there was ever any misunderstanding I do apologize. Hope the best for you. And if you ever have the need to talk to me I am willing to hear you. Thank you for being our customer for 6 years.
