I can say I have come into this store and have purchased some great products, and the hair that they tend to lay out or have are of good quality. Customer service is popping. Come here for a good minute and find yourself walking out with a good hairpiece.
I haven't seen anything negative to say others ahh but personally, for myself, I do recommend

You can't try on wigs, and it's the customer service is terrible. You have to find someone to help you.

I went in today to buy a wig (I had recently gone through chemo therapy). I was assisted by a very kind and helpful young woman named Shin. She answered all my questions and made good suggestions. She went above and beyond with exemplary customer service and made my experience so much easier. Thanks Shin for all your help.
