I brought 2 pants so he could hem them, he told me they will be ready in a week.
He never called me to tell me that they were ready, I had to call him and he told me they closed at 5:00, I left work early, I arrived at 4:15 and they had already closed, very unprofessional for not having the courtesy to talk to me and tell me.

I'm sorry for the poor communication of not reminding you that your clothes were ready so you are given a date when they can be ready. Working hours are in the office for all clients and sometimes they have to go out to buy material and it has to close. Thank you very much for taking faith in us to work on your garments.
