I started my first water feature earlier this summer. Just a small 1,200 gallons and added a few fish. I live about 3 hrs from Fondy and have had no affiliation with this business, I bought all of my supplies and fish from a more local pond supply store. (Just goes to show that this place cares about ponds and fish) My fish began acting weird , not well, I called the pond supply store in my area and their biologist was out of town. A quick google search led me to call this shop and after a brief talk with the receptionist I was talking to their biologist, I believe his name was Bob.
He was patient enough to hold a 10-15 minute conversation with me about the health of my fish, the issues they were having, and the overall health of my pond. He had many questions and answers to help me along.
In the end it ended up being a simple PH imbalance, but none the less a great conversation.
