They really have some of the cheapest rates that I could find but unfortunately my truck was hit by a drunk driver while it was parked and I took it to G&C and they did the estimate and sent it to me before the insurance company and when the insurance company got the est. they said that they couldn't justify a 15,000 frame replacement because of the poor pictures that G&C took the frame is clearly bent so I took it back to G&C for more pics and have been getting the run around for 10 months and still have not been taken care of and G&C is one of their body shops I have been back and fourth this whole time with these guys having full coverage through them is not worth it the adjuster tries to yank your chain like he knows all about cars until you let him know you know a little bit about cars to

Literally the worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. When it came time to renew my home insurance they sent me an ambiguous letter requesting information to support the fact that certain aspects of my home had been replaced over the years. I spent well over $300 providing that information only to find out that it want good enough for them and I would have to spend ANOTHER $300 going on a wild goose chase trying to prove that my plumbing is not 100 years old when the inspection report clearly stated that. You clearly insured me based on the initial report when the home was purchased 5 years ago, what has changed in that time frame thats forcing me to spend hundreds of dollars to satisfy your ambiguous requests? An absolutely abhorrent way to treat your customer. If you love being kept in the dark, wasting hundreds of your hard earned money, with little to no assistance this is the insurance company for you!
