Awful Customer service! Lost/deleted our pictures, refused to retake our pictures or refund us our money. Yelled and screamed at me, called us liars and said we never showed up to our pictures, even though we were there, even though they took the money out of our account and are still refusing to give us our money back.

The back ground was not professional and too much back ground around my daughter's standing poise. The order arrived with no receipt or paperwork that confirmed what was ordered. The order did not have all the photos that I requested and added in a photo I did not want. I should also have a way to choose the pictures that I'm ordering. I have no idea what they will look like. I would have ordered more of some of the pictures if there was a chance to preview the order or a way to add photos when they arrived. Especially the buddy shots.
