Great place in the heart of town above our favorite restaurant and bar the low life. This property management team is the rmost responsive we've ever had in a rental. We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas and we're still receiving responses and any questions within an hour.
Nicely appointed apartment with two full king beds new furniture two great decks viewing.
There are stairs up to the third floor and no elevator.

The best compliment we can offer is to say we would definitely stay here again when we visit Folly. This practically new unit was clean, well furnished, and offered easy access to the beach and so many good restaurants within walking distance. Having two beach chairs and an upright beach wagon available was so convenient and made trips to the beach a breeze. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio and had no noise issues (the sound machines and earplugs provided weren't needed). We appreciated the extra fans and found that using them and keeping the bedroom doors open for more circulation made for comfortable temps (at least in October when it was a high of 80). Check in and out was also easy with good communication throughout the rental process.

My wife and I and our dog Dash had a wonderful valentines vacation. Our condo was clean, and a great location to the beach, and town. Most nights we would walk to town -- get take out food and bring home. Follyvacation was great to work with. We will be back next year. this is a very dog friendly place. DOC
