Very disappointed! Had issues with retina and went to Pensacola to Dr Myers and went great over there right in and out Different story when I returned to the Foley location for a follow up Waited over an hour and half and finally had to leave like I had told them because of another appointment Have called back to make another appointment and asked for an early one But that didnt happen either Still having issues with my eye

I was very disappointed with my appointment today at Retina Specialty Institute, in Foley today. I have been going there for over three years for my eye treatments. Because of Covid, they have been requiring patients to wear masks. Today I was very uncomfortable in the waiting area, because they are not enforcing the mask requirement. If you aren't going to enforce your mask policy please remove the signs stating that they are required. During my visit seven people did not have masks on before I had my treatment. After my treatment there were several other patients without masks.

Experienced a potential emergency. Received appointment immediately based on info I provided. Front office staff professional and polite. Clinical staff professional, polite and provided excellent services/tests prior to seeing Dr. Myers. Was seen immediately by Dr. Myers. Excellent provider, thoroughly discussed what I was experiencing and provided a course of action for treatment and prevention for the health of my eyes. Thank you RSI team. Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this provider group.

My hubby goes to this eye dr for eye shots about every month or so..they have a nice big office with a clinic in front with eyewear..everyone in here is so friendly and helpful with information.Today I couldnt go in so waited in the car ,they took hubby's temp and he had a mask on..they are only letting patients in now..this was a super quick appt which is unlike the normal one where we wait a long time..but only letting patients in and social distancing makes it this way ..My husband really likes Dr.Myers and he has kept him seeing well with eye shots..
