Excellent customer service experience!! After 15+ years of frustration with other local stores, we came to this location for the first time for phone upgrades and it was so easy from start to finish. Mike helped us trade in 4 phones on our plan and made sure we got the best deals available. We almost thought the deals were too good to be true. Helped us through the entire process and was always transparent and answered any question we asked to reassure us. Other staff members jumped in and helped along the way and were just as good. Our new favorite location!!

I came into the store looking for help that I was not able to get over the phone and Reggie and his team were able to take care of my complex issue in a matter of an hour. I never write reviews, but my customer service experience with this store has been wonderful! I will now go to the store over calling over the phone from now on!
