Formerly four stars I had to lower. Providence Florence continues to lose high quality staff members. Love the staff here, but Providence should look into why doctors, nurses, and support staff have such a high turnover.

I wish I could do 2 reviews: one for the team, one for the cost. The folks there are great in all aspects, from kindness to attentiveness to knowledge. But if we get sticker shock from a visit, especially when we are feeling vulnerable due to an illness or injury, it can be quite stressful and injurious in itself  I am lucky to have insurance, but if I didn't, my first visit would've been $446 JUST FOR AN OFFICE VISIT. If you have a deductible to meet even for office visits, my adjusted cost was still $282! Additionally, they have several osteopaths over there, and, in my case, I'd been having some pretty severe back muscle spasms and the doctor was explaining what osteopaths can do to help, and so I made an appointment to get some help. That appointment consisted of NO office visit, but about 15 or 20 minutes with the doctor physically working on my back and showing me two exercises when I asked for some.  For me, it was too passive a treatment approach, as I want to be able to address my problem 24/7 when it happens AND save money. I was shocked when I received a bill for an office visit (which never happened?) AND the "physical therapy" time, which my insurance doesn't even cover nor count toward deductible, of $119.  Please, even when you think something is covered by your insurance, check! So often, we're sick of being sick or hurting and finally resort to asking for help, but then suffer in a new, financial chapter.  Best health to everyone, and take care of yourselves. :)

Had a bladder infection. They wouldn't see me without a drs appt. I'm a hurting unit. They used to have the nurse take a urine sample and dr would review it between patients and call in prescription. Not any more. They told me I had to go to walk in clinic in Missoula.

Dr. Hart was very relatable with my son. Hes professional and empathetic. Staff is awesome.
