House is four years old. Hope they changed their sub contractor for gutter installation. One gutter was installed draining the wrong direction which resulted in green algea down the stone entrance. $300 repair. Two long screws sticking out a few inches on other gutters. One bedroom floor not even with a noticeable dip near the door. Settling in one corner of house causing crack in the dining room wall and outside brick. Master tub not sealed with a half inch gap in one corner. Three outside front spot lights made of cheaper pewter. Break easily with any pressure. Not sure how long warranties last but most of these issues don't show up right away and shouldn't appear this soon.

Steve went above and beyond on our kitchen remodel and we couldn’t have been happier to have such a craftsman working on our home. His attention to detail and skill was extremely evident. I would HIGHLY recommend using Steve on any work you may need done. We hope to have him back to do some more work on our home.
