Asked to pay off phone a year ago when I switched to AT&T. Was told that can happen. Switched back to Verizon because it was cheaper for my wife and I. Then I get charged $486 to apparently pay off my phone when it wasnt done in the first place. Still have to pay $486 dollars even though I was lied to. Worst service ever!

We walked in the store and no one said anything to us and we stood around for 20 minutes. Again no one spoke or anything so we left. Very rude and no one even told us we will be with you in a minute, didnt even acknowledge we were there.

Was lied to when we switched from Verizon to AT&T our bill is twice as much as quoted and we cant find any person that works there to fix this! Not only did they take my phones loose my numbers open 8-9 accounts in my name they wont honer their new customer offer we will be switching and recommend any new customer to reconsider any other provider aside from AT&T.
