        image Why is a new person working the drive thru window? That job is for an experienced crew member and was extremely frustrating for me. She didn't know what she was doing. She didn't know what she was talking about. She never asked for help and no one volunteered to help her. This experience just didn't spell sense.

        image On April 6, 2020 one of the workers put her finger in a cup to get something out of it. She then filled the drink and gave the cup to another customer like nothing. This was with the same glove she handles money with and touches other things with.
