If the rest of their business operates the same as their drivers that I experience driving in an extreme excessive over the posted speed limit, cutting off other drivers and swerving in and out of traffic and flipping off other drivers, I would not use this company until they correct their staff.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a positive review of this company. It would be a -5 if it were possible. I contracted with Rowe Professional Services for a Boundary Line Survey of a property I bought in Harrisville Michigan. I was told at the time of scheduling that Rowe had a large government project pending, but they may be able to squeeze our project in before it. I agreed to the terms of the contract (a contract that Rowe proposed). The day of the property survey, the crew dispatched made disparaging comments to our neighbors with regard to the project. The contract was not completed/delayed (I assumed due to the government project).  I was eventually accused of non-payment (even though the contract was not completed) and immediately made payment in full. To date, the contact remains unfulfilled, while Rowe Professional Services has been paid in full for services un-rendered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
