I went to Norfab over a week ago to order angle iron 1.5” x 1.5” x 1/8 in 10’ lengths. 70’ total. Then some 4” pipe cut in 7’ lengths total of 4 = 28’. I said can I leave a deposit. “No we will order it in and cut it” ok how long to get it? “Should be a couple days. I said ok perfect. It was Tuesday, I then called on Friday. “We should get it today “ they said. Ok I will go up Monday and pick it up. I drove up from Sedona on Monday. The guy in the yard said it had not arrived and he would call me when it did. I sent an email on Wednesday now over a week to find out if it was in. Nothing, no response. So today Thursday I called, spoke to Rick, he said “call me back in 15 minutes” ok I did. I got voicemail and left a message. I called 3 more times nothing!
They are completely unresponsive and really screwed up my job. I will never do business with them again. Today I ordered it online from IMS in PHX they have it and I will pick it up tomorrow morning. Beware of Norfab they just don’t care about the small guy.
