Whatever you do...Don't text Danielle, AKA ( Danny) about pricing, or ideas about your new color or haircut. I text her three times, after being a good customer. She literally said "I was blowing up her phone." WHAT?
How about turning your ringer down when you're with a client? Great idea huh? She is too young and immature to realize that.

I was in Flagstaff for a few days and was lucky to get an appointment with Amy for a manicure and pedicure. She did a wonderful job. She made it easy to schedule and was very friendly.  Being from Flagstaff, she was very knowledgeable of the area with many great recommendations.

The most  unprofessional attitude I have ever encountered. I came for roots and a hair trim. Heather Q. applied color, then shampooed and left me sitting in her chair with wet hair forever. Her colleague explained she did not feel well and went home. As a result of her application, my hair had become two shades darker than my usual color. I was told to wash it with dish soap at home. I pleaded with Heather Q. to schedule an appointment so that she could correct her mistake, but she cited being a single mom and would not do anything. Rescheduled with my hairdresser in the Valley and will have to pay dearly for Heather Q.'s mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs. Dyeing from a box will get you better results.
