It was a little scary to check in at night... it sounded like someone tried to get into our room but they walked away when they realized people were there. Overall kinda creepy experience but it was a cheap booking only 7 minutes from downtown Flagstaff so I guess you get what tou pay for.
Safety: Felt a little scary staying there but there was not a lot in the lower price range for our same day booking. Just be aware if you choose to stay here.

Published Images are misleading. Upon arrival, was dismayed.
Property was in process of of becoming a Studio 6. Industrial crews were using industrial cleaners. Bedding being removed. Property was unclean. Pool was unkempt. Water was unfiltered, with debris. Parking lot contained detritus, and there were no clear branding.
After deliberating, we requested that the reservation be canceled, based on the false advertising, and the above listed concerns. This property is under intense renovation, and should have closed until completed. Additionally, the photos depict the previous property in pristine condition.
Reservation was placed several weeks ago, and check ins were made to confirm. No details regarding the state of the property, nor the transitioing to a vastly different category of hotel, were disclosed.

The rooms were not clean at
all. Nasty stuff on walls and floor. The bedding was stained. I went and bought a blanket to use and a fan
A..c barely worked. The front desk said that was a nice room. Towels had stains
It was super expensive
I will never go back to their. I tried to get my money back 2 minutes after seeing the room and they would not let me
