I was happy to start with, but my recent appointment I waited over an hour & when I complained the receptionist was very unsympathetic and rude . part of the experience with the doctors office is their staff, and for that reason, I am transferring to another doctor! I had also driven 50 miles for this appointment so I continued to wait longer than I feel is acceptable.

I am very pleased to be a patient in Dr. Fratiannis practice. My chronic ear/nasal issues were negatively affecting my quality of life and I needed expert advice. Dr. Fratianni took the time to advise me on my test results. She incorporated my results into a comprehensive medical plan, one that supports better health and wellness.
Dr. Fratianni has given me the confidence to become my own advocate/ partner in my health care for this I am thankful.
Now, my quality of life has improved and I can enjoy my active lifestyle again.

I started my journey with Crystal Canyon in 2022. Tey are very informative and surgery was scheduled quickly. Well the day came for surgery and found out I had COVID. Surgery was cancelled. I got rescheduled for May of 2023, (this was due to my schedule not Crystal Canyons). When surgery came it went very well, I could not be happier. The results and outcome are life changing. Communication with the office is good. Doctor is attentive and takes time to explain things when you have questions. I definitely recommend and have recommended Crystal Canyon to other friends.

A truly great practice! Everyone there is super knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about everyone they interact with - both in person and over the phone. I have had surgery through this clinic and have always had exceptional care.
