My wife and I went to Wallick and Volk knowing that we were a special case. Our situation was unique in that we wanted an "asset-based", rather than an "income-based", loan. Dana Rich met us where we were and explained the process thoroughly. She was tireless in researching lenders to find a loan package that fit our needs. She found one, we found a home that we liked, and she shepherded us through the process of finalizing the loan. Now we're in that home with a monthly payment that works for us.
