Every other review was correct and consistent with what I experienced. I didnt even stay the night and went to a different property.

Dont walk RUN! Sleep in your car stay away from this place. Complete scam. Got double charged and four days after check out got charged for a pet fee. Just confused because I dont even own a dog. When I called to resolve the extra charge, sure it was a mistake, was yelled at by host and unable to speak to the general manager.

If every hotel in Flag was booked and this was the only one with a room I would sleep on a sidewalk. Staff is incredibly rude. This place over charged me when I checked in then continued to charge me a couple days after my stay. They refused to send a receipt and just kept promising a refund. Still waiting on my money.

booked a room on 4/8/24. As I went to check in I informed them I have a registered service dog and proceeded to provide documentation. I was told I was required to pay a 35 dollar fee for my service dog. I explained that I was not required to pay a fee to have my service dog with me. After a debate on the legality of what they are doing at this business, I was then offered a discounted service dog fee of 25 dollars and told how "regular" dogs are 50. I then explained that the dollar amount made no difference. They then tried to change their verbiage and say it's a fee because and I quote "I do not know your dog it could shred my room". I proceeded to explain that changing terminology and a lack of knowledge, on my personal service dog, does not justify illegally requiring me to pay to have my service dog with me. I asked for a refund and was denied, although I explained the situation to a third party host and was then refunded by them. The total was minute, It was the fact I was illegally denied a hotel room I paid for. The woman and man both refused to give me there names. The woman then got in my face and threw me out. I will be transparent in the fact i didnt do the best to diescalate the situation because they are scamming people. With this being said Agoda was amazing and apologetic. Thank God for that. Stay clear of a business lacking integrity.

However, there seems to have been a misunderstanding between our employees and yourself. I assure you, we never intended to violate any laws or scam our guests.As for the fee, it is not for the service dog itself, but for the additional cleaning and preparation required for the room. This is a standard practice in the hospitality industry.
