      image New construction about a year ago. Installed for the builder. Reached out to find out about install and equipment. Ghosted us. Sent certified letter no response. Today we are finding loose refrigerant fittings, improper drip pan plumbing, and the evaporator was never mounted in the FAU. Just cheap quality install. Wouldnt use them for any repairs based on poor customer service and craftsmanship. Called Goettles who repaired and gave us amazing service Service: Install AC
