The liar that came to my house said I needed to sign up for a year, but they would let me cancel after six months and now Im being sent to collections. They also said my house was full of bugs and after I signed up, and before anyone came to treat the house, I had someone else come, and they said there were no bugs. Its just a bunch of lies. Do not sign up with these fools.

Jorge Gonzalez was our pest tech. We were extremely surprised at first, overwhelmed by all the work we had to prep the apartment. Jorge was caring, patient with us, and explained what he was using as we needed most natural chemicals due to health issues. He put us at ease and told us how long we had to stay out of the house. A few months ago, I found a mouse in my apartment. I called Truly Nolen to perform an inspection. The man who came was very kind, and told me I did not have a mouse problem and showed me one place I could patch up to be safe. I followed all of his instructions. Since then, my kitchen has become infested with mice. I just returned from a vacation and there are mouse droppings everywhere. I am disappointed in the quality of service I received- they were not thorough and incorrectly advised me. Because of their shoddy work, I now have a much worse problem than I would have ever had had I sought another company in the first place. Service: Rodent extermination
