I did look up your receipt and found you did receive the rate of $134.10 for the night. The total for taxes and fees for our hotel came to a total of $23.44 during your stay. The grand total for your stay came to $157.54. Our front desk should have explained to you that we also take a $25 hold on your credit card for room amenities which is fully refundable 24 hours after your stay. This would explain the total of $182.54. If you did not use any room amenities please check your card to see if the $25 hold has been credited back to your account. If not please let us know so we can investigate why this has not taken place.We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we appreciate that you brought your experience to our attention.
