EDIT: This place used to be great two owners ago.. the current management team is greedy and incompetent.
My recommendation: stay far away and don't fall for any "move in deals", unless you want to move again in a year. They will mercilessly bump your rent by $500/ month when you're up for renewal.

They'll just up your rent by the maximum amount every chance they get until you have to move out so don't bother.

Great place to live, lived here since 2019. Although rent would increase every year and change of management, this place has been incredibly accommodating. Other residents can be a handful but at the very least, they keep to themselves. I would live here again if I could
