My dad started his radiation. This will be his 5 day . Friday he did his chemo. After he had radiation. Then there must of been mess communication appointments there with radiation office . Edison , didn’t approach my dad in friendly way. Tells my dad. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU. It wasn’t his fault. He wanted my dad to undress fast. Our dad can lose his imbalance at time. Must of been busy day with appointments. Still my dads a patient. Edison there as a worker needs to be taught compassionate with patients . I’m not sure how he treat other patients. This was my dads experience. My dad very friendly man . We’re very friendly family my mom and all his siblings are here to support him . During this difficult time.

I have had extremely positive experiences with the doctors and nurses here. They have been kind, understanding, and extremely helpful getting me through the experience of having cancer.

The receptionist forgot about the one doctors patients. We were there and waited 45 min. Had to go up and remind them I was there. The doctor told me that they forget his patients a lot. After seeing the doctor he told me to tell them, the receptionist, to take me right back for my treatment but NO take a seat and we will call you. Seems like the incompetent receptionist are running this office. I walked out and will go to the Prescott office I was use to Lindquist in Sedona. This place is horrible. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE be prepared to spend at least half you day be sure to remind they you are there.
