Incompetent, Unprofessional, Unapologetic

Brought my vehicle in to have a fridge problem checked out. Fully described the issue to the service representative. Brought it in with the fridge already running. Nevertheless they kept my vehicle for two days and told me they ran, and I quote, "all the diagnostics" on the fridge. Talking to the tech, he told me they only put a thermometer in the fridge, declared it cold enough and did nothing else. They didn't check the propane pressure or the flue or the jet - nothing but put a thermometer in then charged me 60 bucks and told me nothing was wrong. Disgusted I got my keys from the cashier and went to get my vehicle. The fridge vent door was lying on the ground, the propane access door was dangling open and the radio was turned on (you need to search the accesory switches to turn this on - why/how the tech figured this out is beyond me. Searching my dash switches so he could listen to the radio instead of testing the propane pressure, etc. I'm waiting for a call from management and feel a refund of my $60 is in order so I can take it to someone else who will actually run the diagnostics needed. Wish they had an option to rate this business zero stars.
