Cody came out for annual service on our boiler system and he was EXCELLENT and obviously more knowledgeable than previous companies used. I appreciated his informative responses to my questions and how he asked permission prior to installing a new oil pump that had a leak. He took his time (compared to the last company we used, who was in and out in ~20-25 minutes) and even used the instructional book for the boiler to ensure he was properly cleaning out our specific system. He mentioned things we had no idea about and provided recommendations that were beneficial to us.
Also, their customer service is fantastic and the times I've called, the female who has answered has always been very pleasant to speak to.
On another note, their oil prices always seem to beat the local competitors which is always a win.

Chose this company last year for fuel delivery (kerosene) after Brideau Oil Company in Fitchburg totally screwed me over last season leaving me without heat in January for more than a week.... they put heating oil in with treatment claiming it was fine... it then ruined my heating system. I'm a fuel assistance customer...I feel I'm being discriminated against... now this year again a fuel company Rollstone Fuel Co. who has no humanity & in February with no heat cancels my account after initially committing to replace my outside fuel tank that needs replacing stating they just don't want to deal with me & the issues with my tank... thanks for leaving me high & dry with no knowledge of where to turn next... evil company... I will write reviews about this at every opportunity I can find....
