The lady who I can only assume is the hotel manager talks to the employees like they are trash. Five stars to the workers here who are very very people friendly and courteous, but that lady my god needs to lighten up and treat people with respect. Shame on you for your terrible attitude, I feel bad for everyone here that has to work under you
Ok Fidel Castro, first of all I was and am authorized to work on said equipment and did so and completed the tasks necessary to get the equipment running properly and was not ever asked to leave. Your staff was more than accommodating as they are at all hotels across the country. The problem here is you are a hotel manager in small town America who acts like a dictator to the other employees and you have a nasty disposition. You should be evaluated on your lack of people skills. You should treat all people with respect, I was there to do a job on some faulty equipment and not only did you talk down to me but also 3 other employees to their face and over their radios which news flash are intercoms that anyone within 15ft can hear. Ive worked on thousands of buildings over two decades across America, and you Mam are a cancer to a healthy productive workplace. These people are all trying to make a living and get by like the rest of us, do you think they look forward to showing up to work at a hotel everyday having to deal with you? Your reply was not only completely false but you dodged the obvious issue of my review, being that you talk down to everyone and think its ok.

If you are out in Leominster MA area and looking for a hotel this hotel is good. We spent a nite. Convenient location right off Route 2. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were clean n quite big. bathrooms ok. A little outdated. All in all was good n would recommend it
Rooms: Clean comfy rooms n spacious.
Noteworthy details: Right off route MA 2.convenient location. Ample parking.
