Was excited to take my daughter to this daycare. Seemed nice, the lady Diane who owns it will con you out of your money. Made us pay two and a half weeks in advance, which was fine. Then my daughter had to get tested for Covid and couldn’t go back for two weeks, they only reimbursed me half of my money. When I tried talking to Diane about it she was rude, and pretty much told me I was lying and that I didn’t have a doctors note. I told her I wanted my money back and she said no and I said I pretty much got screw out of $110 and she said yeah because it’s “policy” that you have to pay for your kid even when they don’t go, but this was completely out of my control. I told her I was going to give them a bad google review because I should get my money back and she said “okay and I’ll just reply to your google review.” Very rude unprofessional owner. Definitely do not recommend.
