DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! They came to “fix” a problem on a brand new water heater. They mentioned I needed something else. OVERCHARGE ME!!! THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER FIXED! OWNER HANGED UP WHEN ADVISED HIM THAT I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND WE DID NOT NEED WHAT THEY SOLD ME FOR $350, to fix my problem it was an easy fix $20 from another license plumber! OWNER SUNNY NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO MY CALLS.

We used Prospect through Lowes to replace a water heater. Their scheduling was responsive, they showed up in the window they gave us and George worked late into the night to complete the install. He was communicative and his work was neat and he left our garage as tidy as it was when he showed up.

Would be zero stars if possible. Contracted through Lowes for a new water heater. Started making a clunking sound shortly after he did the install. Under the warranty they gave me his number and when I called he told me it wasn't his problem and would charge me if he came to look at it. Refused any service whatsoever. I will be reporting him to the BBB, Regional and filing a claim against the company. If getting an install through Lowes make sure to never use Prospect Plumbing.

Just cancelled our water heater installation with Lowe’s who uses Prospect as an installer.
Prospect VERY unreliable, non responsive, and failed to communicate to set a date and time for an installation of a water heater. Lowe’s lost the sale and Prospect lost the $800 Overpriced installation. WHEW, almost fell for this scam.

Had some minor issues on the water heater that were found on inspection of a home I was trying to sell. The water heater was covered under the warranty for parts as was only 3-4 years old. Prospect plumbing was listed as a preferred provider for the manufacturer of the water heater. When I called, without seeing the water heater or hearing any of the issues that were listed from the inspection, whoever I spoke to was certain that the issue was the installation, not parts, so wouldn't be covered under warranty. I'm far from an expert plumber but seems that would be hard to determine without hearing of the issues or seeing the water heater. Was unwilling to schedule an appointment to come look at it. Basically seemed like they didn't want the work. I asked if they would prefer I call someone else, they said yes and hung up.
