      image The t mobile representative at the store promised to give us a promotion, only to lie and give us a completely different promotion we didn't ask for. Now we are stuck without our BOGO and have to pay 4k total for the phones.

      image Would like to leave a bad review about Vince at T-Mobile on 12/3. He insisted this retail T-Mobile store does not accept returns for the home wifi router. The e-mail from T-Mobile clearly states I may return it via the shipping label or any T-Mobile store that is not a franchise. He insisted I ship it, was rude, and was confident I will get charged. Highly recommend your store follows T-Mobile policies.
