Customer service is always great at the Ramsey St. location. It takes an average of about 20 minutes total each time I pick up a rental and I normally rent during peak vacation season. I have had to rent for insurance purposes and the experience was the same.

Closing at 12pm and Saturday and not being open on Sunday is insane for trying to return a car. Be prepared to pay an extra 3 days.

Will is great listening to customers and doing everything to satisfy them. Everyones experience wont be perfect every time, but its great when the managers and employees do everything they can to make it right. Thats the difference between Enterprise and other companies. Good man, Mr. Will.

Anthony made this a really great experience from start to end.
He was there punctually. He explained everything I needed. He did a walk-through, unlike if you rent from an airport which was a huge comfort. He was patient with all of my questions. I just got my invoice and I love that everything is just as it said it was going to be! I popped in during my return and talked to a girl at the counter and got more questions answered.
I just want to say for all of the stressful locations, I really enjoyed renting from this place and will for sure choose this place to rent again! Really nice people and Anthony especially!

First Time renting a car that Didnt Belong to me and Will be the Last Time as Well . Im not Sure If It was Because Im Young Or Because Im Black but Its Not Okay To Pin Ensurance Claims On Innocent People . Mr Anthony is Really Nice over The Phone But His Vibes In person definitely wasnt adding up . The Question Is Do you guys Really Check Gas Tanks Like You claim You Did? Im 100 percent positive you dont , because If you do Then You would have known the vehicle was already damaged and my family shouldnt have been placed in it . I guess You guys only Check gas tanks When the Customer pays out of pocket to bring the vehicle back on E which would be the only Time Requiring you to do anything with the gas tank . We Drove 1200 miles in 2 days , I was With my wife and Kids But according to you guys , I Had Enough Time To swap Out The Gas Tank . Its Okay though Because one Thing Im Not Is Dumb. Youre winning only for the moment ! this Place Is Definitely a scam !!!!!!!!! I Guess recording a video doesnt Help Either . Also Nothing was Inspected on the vehicle we signed paper work and got the keys thats it but its Cool !!!!
