In January of this year my sister and I decided to go ahead and sell some property near grays creek. This is the first time we've ever done anything like this so we had no clue what to expect. Also living in Texas made that much more difficult. When searching for an agent Bills name was the first that popped up, so i decided to roll with it and see what would happen. This ended up being a GREAT decision. FIrst off bill treated us like a friend not just a customer. He took his time to educate us and outlined everything that needed to be done. Bill made us feel very comfortable, we never felt rushed or confused, and he was always just a phone call away.
the whole process went very smooth, we closed on two pecies of property with in only 3 months. The resources Bill has to get the job done are the absolute best. I promise you that from listing to closing, you will have a great experince. From now on I will always use his service. My family and I feel like we have made a great friend and really hope to do business with him in the future.
