      image I was invited to a special birthday for one of my friends. I thought that I would surprise her with a fantastic array of balloons. I felt that Party City would be the perfect choice for my bouquet of balloons. As I arrived at the store excited about having the best accessory for my gift..... Low and behold Party City tried to sell me balloons that looked as though million of finger prints were on them. This made my balloons look terrible.
      The only thing that the manager, Mia, offer to do was to refund me my money. She didn't even offer another balloon instead or to try to blow up another balloon of the same type. Completely frustrated and heart broken... I left the store without any special decor for my friend.
