Company uses other locksmith contractors to come do the job. Prices are expensive and do not include a service call fee of $50 and hourly fee of $85 on top of rekeying and install. Couldnt lock my door when I went to leave due to install issue. Ended up taking apart, fixing the issue myself and reinstalling. Should have done the install job myself but locksmith said it was very tricky. Customer service was less than helpful and would not refund install or part of labor because I didnt contact the service to come back to do the job that should have been done the first time. Now disputing charge thru credit card company. DO NOT PAY WITH CASH OR VENMO!

Easy to use. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the prices. It is almost double than the key maker machine at Walmart.
