Great sales and service departments on your team. Everyone is very friendly, especially Jesse
I had my car towed to the service department on a Wednesday and it was finished and ready for me to pickup on a Friday. Fast and friendly! I will recommend Pettus to all my friends and family.

Never in my life have i experienced such poor customer service.
It took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us when we walked in to look at a jeep on Friday. We knew what we wanted and were ready to buy.
We were told the jeep needed to be ran through the shop and wed get a call Monday afternoon at the latest. No big deal.
Monday passed. Then Tuesday. So i decided to give a call today (Wednesday). If they didnt have the exact jeep i wanted with the miles i was searching for Id have walked out Friday and never came back. I bit my tongue.
After calling today i was told said jeep had too many issues but there was a newer one with less miles for just a little more. Same grill etc. we were told to put in an application for it.
I called twice after they ran our credit four times. Both times i was met with well let you know when we hear something they ran our credit at 11am by 4pm we decided to drive over there. Again, I HAVE NEVER dealt with such poor customer service. Once we got there my husband was told there was nothing they could do. It was a no go. Before we ever came to this lot we had gotten approved at another they just didnt have the jeep i wanted. So the fact that they just said nope instead of hey does this rate or amount sound okay? Or can you put any down? Nothing. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The jeep i was going to buy didnt even have the spare tire on the back. Buy anywhere else.
