Went to get a mammogram today, people at the front desk very friendly. My tech Patricia (Pat) was rushing, rough, and rude. This is my second time here with the same experience. It's already an uncomfortable exam. A little sensitivity and compassion goes a long way.

I have been a patient there. As a Breast Cancer patient- they removed a "Nodule" that appeared - on my right side. They were "the best".
I had originally, always gone to Royal Oak Beaumont
Cancer Center, for a couple - of years - no complaints, but I truly, preferred Farmington, now.
They make you feel, so welcomed,, so comfortable-
"cared for".
From the Receptionist to the Nurses. My next step, is to find a new Oncologist, at the Cancer Center.

Went there for a,mammogram and was Treated poorly they didn't Care about how sensitive and how high anxiety is for someone whom may have breast cancer.. never again there ...Dearborn location people are amazing I wouldn't send no one there

You know they overbook because you consistently wait. Here now fri 5-28-21 at 1015am not waited on until 1121am. Multiple people in office complaining. This happens all the time and it's a shame considering my wife is a cancer survivor along with others
