I purchased a Groupon that specified that an eye exam and $300 towards frames and lenses. They will not accept a Groupon without me purchasing a lens that has a protective screen that will coast me more than $200. It does not say anywhere on the Groupon that you must purchase the lens they were just trying to up sell me. This was just a scheme to get you in the door; I will never come back and will tell all my friends and family about scheme.

As a long time customer I am appalled at the disrespect I just experienced. I called in to inquire about a contact examination. This woman named Marian/Merideth told me the doctor was not available and was booked until Friday... and it would be his last day.
Ok great. I paused waiting for her to ask my name or offer any type of resolve. I hung up and thought about how much money I've spent in the last 10 years. Thousands. Then said to myself wow what awful customer service. I called back asking to speak to the manager. She was apprehensive and said the manager was unavailable.
I proceeded to tell her her customer service skills lacked and as a long time customer she showed no type of concern for finding a resolution. She interjected. Told me I was over reacting. Did not let me finish and called me condescending pet names like "sweetie" "my love". She also said, "you just want to argue."
Please get rid of or train your staff at cohens or I'll be taking my thousands elsewhere. Smh. I'll also be calling in to speak to the manager. Not ok.

Even though I bought my frames at another store outside of my network and already had my prescription from another optometrist, they were very kind in dealing with my lenses, cutting them for my frames and complimenting the style I went with.
The associate also very graciously adjusted my frames to my face (my right side is always a little lower) even though the store I bought the frames at had refused and claimed they couldn't see what adjustment was needed (it was subtle, but noticeable).
Overall, I wouls definitely return and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely the worst I have been waiting for 2 weeks I call to see if they are ready because I haven't received a phone call yet. She tells me apparently there was a delay at the lab and conveniently she actually spoke to them today And that i should received them tomorrow but no gurantee. Hello I can't see I need my damn glasses next time I'm going to lenscrafter across from them. waste of my damn time.
Only reason why I went there was because of a Groupon and that Groupon is a joke. It's a scheme to get you in the door.
Never again.

I purchased a Groupon that specified that an eye exam and $300 towards glasses. They will not except a Groupon without purchasing glasses. It it does not say anywhere on the Groupon that you must purchase glasses to have eye exam for the price listed in Groupon. The only thing it says is that you must have a consultation. Does that mean person glasses to you?
