They helped me avoid injections and surgery on my arthritic shoulders with a regimen to increase my range of motion, strength, and with far less pain. Very professional and highly recommended.

Five stars for the treatment that I have received at KPT. My concerns are addressed immediately and thoroughly. I feel heard, I feel seen, and the very specific "tweaks" that bring immediate relief are an absolute treasure. In addition, the hands on guidance and muscle manipulation have provided a 180 return to strength and flexibility post op hip replacement. I cannot recommend this practice more highly. Do not hesitate to choose KPT for your PT needs.

I have been a longtime client of theirs. I have always liked them. unfortunately I was treated very badly recently. my general practitioner did a refferal a few weeks ago and I know it can take some time especially around holidays so it's been now too long. I just called only to find out they neglected to tell me or my doctor they are not accepting patients and don't even have staff that handles such things currently. I was quite rightfully upset since I'm desperate to get help walking etc. and was delayed weeks because of them. I just asked the one and only employee currently which is a physical therapist to submit feedback due to this problem and they refused said "good luck " and hung up on me. I'm disgusted.
Cont: They just called me to harass me because I left this review!!!!!!!!! Instead of solving the issue!!!!!!!!!! I said how dare you, you could call me to solve the problem and act mature and adult instead the very first thing she said was a snarky remark thanking me for the review!!! $^&@*^ that! never ever going back till she is fired

This is inaccurate. I did contact her and did not tell her "Good luck". I was out of work for the entire month of December 2018 and into January 2019 due to a severe injury ( broken (R) hip). I offered to send her medical records to another facility as I was not able to be in the office to evaluate and treat her. I am a small practice and am the only therapist here. My assistant was seeing some patients but she is not able to perform initial evaluations.
