I called him multiple times to discuss my policy and whether I had a rental car on my policy after getting into an accident on the interstate and he never picked up the phone and never called me back despite me leaving countless voicemails. I called for over two weeks and never heard anything back.

Has neglected to cancel + refund an auto policy for 5 months and counting. Will not respond to emails, phone calls, voicemails, or text messages. We have our home and flood policy through Chad, but will be moving to another agent out of principle. Do not recommend.

Chad is professional and he goes the extra mile to help his clients, I've been a customer of his for 6months. I have no complaints. Can't go wrong if you want an insurance guy you can trust.

This agent failed to refund a premium to a policy that was canceled nearly a year ago. Despite multiple trips to the office and reassurances that a refund was being processed, no refund of any type has every been received. On my last visit I was told that my policy had somehow been "renewed' and "I've never seen anything like this happen before". This was followed up by absolutely nothing. No phone call. No refund. Nothing. Take your business elsewhere.
