Did business here for many years and the service used to be great. The last few years it takes literally months to get an appointment (winter or summer) and if you have an emergency quick fix they will NEVER squeeze you in to get you on the road. My husband needed a hole from a nail plugged (10 minute job) - they said they were booked solid for over a month and couldn't even give us a time within a week that they could fix it. He bought his tires from Sullivan with the 'peace of mind' package - anything but peace of mind as he needed his car for daily medical treatments. We took it to Scarborough and they fixed it in 10 minutes. They don't care - don't believe their marketing spin. I bought my last set of tires at BJs and they squeeze me in anytime I need to have my tires checked. I had warned my husband that Sullivan wasn't the same company anymore but he bought his tires there anyway - he learned his lesson the hard way.

We were on vacation when we got a screw in our tire and even though they were super busy they took us in and helped us. They found us a new tire that matched and got us ready to go home on time. Everyone who helped us was super friendly and really made us feel valued as customers. Great experience.

I wish to give a shout out to Dave at Sullivan Tire, location on Rte 1 closest proximity to Johnson Road, for his professionalism and excellent customer service this morning. (I already had a great experience last year purchasing and installing tires at Sullivan's.) Yesterday morning I discovered my tires were low on pressure (happens on cold mornings), however one tire's pressure would not come back up during the course of the day. I attempted to inflate myself, but was unable to find a working air pump in downtown Falmouth. This morning same thing, so I pulled into Sullivan's and explained my situation. Dave took care of this tire, plus bringing all 3 other tires back up, without appointment, without hassle, and got me to work on time. In addition to quality work, it is also these little things that keep loyal customers, which I am definitely one now. Thanks Dave!
