This place used to be great , but ever since the current manager took over , he is very rude and unwilling to correct anything his employees may have missed . From the looks of the other reviews I wasn’t the only one to have a bad experience with him. He is very arrogant and rude. Never going here again. It’s sad because the employees there had always been great .

Horrible experience. The Asian manager started screaming at me for not understanding the services after waiting in line (the only description of services is a billboard with small print). I am not sure if he was stressed or was having a bad day but that is not a way to treat customers. He also was very harsh at his employees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AND SUGGEST YOU TO WAAH YLJR CAR YOURSELF OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Do not use this car wash! They do a poor job cleaning the vehicle even after pointing out dirt. Their machine left scratches on my car, when I spoke to the manager he laughed in my face. I will not go back here and will be filing with my insurance.

I drive 20 mins out of my way to get the regular car wash they’re so thorough!
