      image I had Acquired a heavy duty machine that used an unusual bobbin size L. All of my other bobbins looked similar She helped me find L bobbins and gave me a graphic to show the difference. She was so helpful and patient at the end of her day. My machine works great with the right bobbins. I am extremely pleased and grateful. Also she has tons of beautiful fabric
