I visited American Freight to purchase a dishwasher. Upon entering a very nice gentlemen helped my fiance and I natrow down which dishwasher to purchase. He then took the time to thoroughly inspect the items with us and a member of their team helped place the dishwasher into our vehicle. Price for dishwasher was 50% off and it was brand new! 10/10 highly recommend.

Emily at the Fall River store went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to assist me in multiple transactions that I made. Not only was she super knowledgeable but she was more than willing to check and provide me with knowledge about all pieces I inquired about. Id even like to even acknowledge that Emily went above and beyond to call several stores but found the other pieces I was requesting in Shrewsbury; the store manager in Shrewsbury, Amanda, was also amazing and went above and beyond to provide me top tier customer service as well. Both ladies were both knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be returning to both stores!

The sales people who helped us were patient. Answered all our questions and were very professional and caring. We will definitely be back. And also recommend them to friends and family.
