No monetary values options for potions were offered except for the progressive lens package. Wording was used to make you think items were included in the price when they were not but automatically added to the total price. I.e you are protected instead of would you like the protection plan that cost this much. I also did not get any alternative to lens index nor a price value (I did not think about until after I got home). Nor the type of lens I.e polycarbonate vs CR 39. (Again did not realize until I got home. These practices are very deceptive. I have used your company several times but now am seriously considering going elsewhere. I was also not happy that you automatically scheduled an appointment for me without my consent after I left the premises.

My eye exam was at the Fairview location but I purchased my glasses at the OFallon Clarkson location. Had to go back and forth to both locations because they are not connected.
Yes, they will try to resolve your issue but no one wants to return to a location over and over for a prescription thats good for one year. It takes 1 - 2 weeks every time you have to return your glasses. I had 3 updates done to my lenses and Im currently wearing glasses that I cant see clearly out of because I refuse to send back my glasses another time. $350 wasted.
Update March 2024:
I wear Progressive lens and ended up going to Family Eye Care of OFallon and they ordered me some kind of computer screen lens that fixed my issue. It was also a $100 less out of pocket. These were not an option at Clarkson.
