THIS BANKS SUCKS! 8 years ago when my husband retired from the Navy, we moved back to his hometown of Clarksburg WV and his grandmother suggested Huntington Bank because she loved them. Let me tell you they SUCK and I am currently looking into another location. 5 years ago we did our mortgage through them and the Loan Officer "Jason" quit in the middle of it and then we had to deal with his supervisor which pushed it out, we thought okay that is one strike. Just recently we applied for a line of home equity credit and the loan officer "Daniel" doesn't answer our concerns. Gave the appraiser the wrong phone number to schedule an appraisal. It has been going on for over 2 months and I had all the paperwork submitted early and due to the delay I had to resubmit paperwork and was advised that it would be approved within 24 hours and now we are going on day 3 since we re-submitted that paper. We reached out to a Manager and was advised that she would expedite it and we would hear first thing in the morning so far that has not happen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO MY DOG! Even their bill pay and transferring money to other institutions takes a week, when I go through my other bank it is next business day. I am DONE AND I WILL BE CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM

The worst customer service and the most disorganized bunch of clowns I've ever dealt with! Made 4 months of payments went to renew registration and dmv tells me Huntington doesn't have the title the dealership does! Call Huntington still no title couldn't renew registration because "Jason" the loan officer didn't do his job! So I called and jumped on the dealership and got the title for Huntington , go to renew the registration and title is still not changed over!!!!! Get a call 4 months from the original loan financing and am told I need to refinance because HUNTINGTON DID NOT COLLECT THE SALES TAX! Which was discussed at the original point of sale to MAKE SURE ALL TAXES AND FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN!!!! Which THEY DID NOT!!!! So this. Loan calls and tells me I need to refinance, I told him NO THIS IS A YOU PROBLEM NOT A ME PROBLEM!!!!! So now they are holding MY TITLE!!!!! And won't give it over to the dealership where I traded my truck for my new truck! My opinion DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION! This is bad business and they will not take responsibility for their mistake and the customer service at Huntington in Whitehall is TERRIBLE!!!!! The manager is rude and has an attitude and the loan officer is not proficient in his field! Do business at your own risk!
