This is the second time I need maintenance work at my rental property that manages by Real Property Management Pros.
Both times, the maintenance team at Real Property Management Pros (First time was handled by Daniel Mora and the second time was handled by Edwin Olivia) was outstanding. These two and the team got the work done as quickly and as efficiently as possible, to me, the most importance and that I appreciated them the most is they got the work done with the understanding of my budget, finance conscious. I have addressed to the team of my tight budget and they understood, and worked with and around my budget instead of "dragging" the work to make the extra bucks as a lot of maintenance guys are doing these days.
